Hemp is Cannabis with a 0.3% or lower concentration of Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. Hemp and its derived cannabinoids are legal on a federal level and in a majority of states.
We dedicated an entire page to talk about this rare cannabinoid found in the hemp plant. Click here to learn all about this federally legal THC and all it’s wonderful properties.
Since all of our products contain only Delta 8-THC made from 100% Hemp extract, we are able to legally manufacture, distribute and sell to consumers in the United States. Thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill, ratified and signed into law in December 2018, Cannabis containing less than 0.3% Delta 9-THC is legally classified as Hemp and thus is legal for all intents and purposes under federal law.
Delta-8 is a derivative of and a close cousin to Delta-9 THC. Like its more famous cousin, Delta-9 may give you a psychotropic high, although it may be much more subtle and smooth. Unlike THC, hemp-derived Delta-8 is completely legal across the United States.
While there are no federal regulations setting the minimum age required to purchase Delta 8-THC, there are several state regulations mandating that consumers must be 21 years or older to purchase. For this reason, you must be 21 years or older to purchase any of our products both online and in store.
Delta-8 THC occurs naturally in hemp, but in very small concentrations. To commercially produce large quantities of Delta-8, our facilities use molecular isolation, known as isomerization, using a process that involves acid and heat. The cannabis species has two major subspecies: hemp and marijuana. Hemp is legal in the U.S. if it contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC. All of the Delta-8 THC you’ll find on our site is derived from legal hemp that is grown and cultivated in the USA.
All of our Delta-8 products are third-party lab tested for cannabinoid potency and terpene profiling. Our products are guaranteed to be free of contaminants such as heavy metals, bacteria, microbial life, mycotoxins, and pesticides.
Our edibles take 30-60 minutes to kick in after ingesting. If you’re a first-time user, we suggest starting with 1 serving to assess your own personal tolerance.
