All prospective distributors must meet certain qualifications in order to join our reseller program:

• Resellers are required to have a DSHS Retail Hemp Registration License.
• Resellers are required to have a retail or wholesale location.
• Pictures provided of the retail or wholesale location.
• Must have a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate.

Distributor Requirements: A minimum one-time buy-in order of 10 Gallons is required to receive distributor pricing. To maintain your dealer account, an annual combined sales amount of 20 Gallons per calendar year is required (buy-in amount is included in your 1st year). You don’t have to take all of the product at once. We recommend taking a combination of different flavors to see what your customers like then go from there.

To apply to become a Dealer, click here. Then go to Register, and under “User Type” select B2B, and fill out all of the fields and upload the required documents. Once submitted, it takes 24-48 hours for approval. After you’ve been approved we will contact you by phone and discuss the next steps. Your distributor pricing will also become active on our website when you’re logged in.
