Our products are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase via USPS. No orders are processed over the weekend or on major holidays. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping.

Any domestic order placed in the U.S. will have a flat rate for its shipping cost.

Once Your Order Does Ship

You will receive an automated email with tracking information as soon as our shipping department creates a shipping label for your package.

Protecting Your Order

To protect your investment, we offer Route shipping insurance at checkout. Route protects your order against theft, damage, and loss. Should you decline Route shipping insurance at checkout, NDIC is not liable for damage, loss in transit, or theft. Should you choose Route shipping insurance and you receive a damaged product, your product is lost in transit, or is stolen off your property, a claim will need to be submitted directly to Route. NDIC will assist Route with the investigation and replacement of your order. However, we cannot do so if a claim has not been submitted.
